Civil Service Bureau, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Personnel Bureau and Finance Bureau, and personnel (cadre) departments of relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council: With the approval of the State Council, it has been decided to appropriately adjust the subsidy standards for discipline inspection and supervision case-handling personnel. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: 1. Discipline inspection, supervision and case-handling

The scope of implementation of personnel subsidies is limited to case-handling personnel of discipline inspection and supervisory agencies included in the administrative establishment of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Ministry of Supervision.

2. The subsidy standard for discipline inspection, supervision and case handling personnel is adjusted to 220 yuan per person per month.

3. Subsidies for disciplinary inspection and supervision case-handling personnel are included in the unified salary payment and are paid on a monthly basis. 5. All regions must strictly implement the regulations on subsidies for disciplinary inspection, supervision and case handling personnel, and shall not expand the scope or raise standards without authorization.

6. Adjustment of the subsidy standards for discipline inspection, supervision and case-handling personnel, effective from January 1, 2011. In 1997, the Ministry of Personnel, the Ministry of Finance, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the Ministry of Supervision "Notice on Adjusting the Scope and Standards of Subsidies for Discipline Inspection, Supervision and Case-Handling Personnel" (

Human Development [1997] No. 120) shall be abolished at the same time.

7. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security is responsible for the interpretation of this notice.

Expanded information on February 14, 2011. This is also the latest adjustment to the age inspection and supervision case handling subsidy standards since 1997. The original standard was 2 yuan per person per day, and was calculated on a monthly basis based on the actual number of days of attendance.

At that time, for a monthly income of several hundred yuan, an increase of several dozen yuan was quite considerable. However, it is obvious that more than 10 years later, the old standard can no longer adapt to the price level and is purely symbolic, so the adjustment is reasonable.

This adjustment takes into account the simplification of operations and does not require payment to be calculated based on the actual number of days of attendance, but to be paid on a monthly basis along with wages.
