What should I do if the doctoral students funded by the Overseas Study Fund Committee cannot continue their studies?
According to the provisions of Article 37 of the Regulations of the National Scholarship Fund Committee on the Administration of Postgraduates Studying Abroad (Trial),

Total breach of contract: the defaulting personnel shall compensate all the funding expenses of the study abroad fund and pay 30% of the total funding expenses of the study abroad fund as liquidated damages.

Partial breach of contract: the defaulting personnel shall compensate 20% of the total expenses funded by the study abroad fund as liquidated damages. With the approval of the embassy or consulate, round-trip air tickets can still be provided.

That is, the amount of compensation = the total amount of aid received by public students studying abroad+30% or 20% of the total amount of aid, depending on the total amount of aid paid by public students studying abroad and what kind of breach of contract.

You can also choose to postpone or drop out of school, and you don't want to graduate with a doctorate without taking off your skin. You can choose which way to kneel!
