In the equity structure of Jingke Energy, most of the shares are held by Li Xiande and his family members. Therefore, Jingke Energy can be considered as a private enterprise. Although Jingke Energy has some production bases in China, its operation and management are still privately controlled and managed. Founded in 2006 by Li Xiande, Chen Kang Pinghe and Li Xiaoyan, Jingke Energy has become one of the largest manufacturers of photovoltaic products in the world.
