He has served as deputy section chief of Economic Construction Section of Jiaojiang District Finance Bureau and director of Jiaojiang District Government Project Investment and Financing Management Center. He is currently the vice chairman and deputy general manager of Taizhou Jiaojiang State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd., and concurrently serves as the director of the Company, Zhejiang Haizheng Group Co., Ltd. and Taizhou Xinbao Fund Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd.
