Announcement on Suspension of Subscription and Switching Business

In view of the recent enthusiastic subscription of CITIC Bonus Select Stock Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund", fund code: 288002), in order to protect the interests of investors and improve the efficiency of fund assets operation, the Company decided to suspend the subscription, conversion and transfer of the Fund to business from June 8, 2007, and the redemption business is still in normal progress. All valid subscription applications submitted before September 28th, 2007 15:00 will be confirmed. Applications submitted between September 28th, 2007 15:00 and 24:00 on October 7th, 2007, with the deadline of June 8th, 2007. Therefore, the application for subscription and transfer of the Fund submitted by investors during this period is also within the scope of this suspension.

The fund's regular fixed investment business is also suspended.

The reopening time of the above business of the Fund will be announced separately.
