(6) engaging in profit-making business activities;

(7) Embezzling, dividing up, misappropriating the assets of social organizations or accepting donations and subsidies;

(eight) in violation of the relevant provisions of the state to collect fees, raise funds or accept and use donations and subsidies. If the acts specified in the preceding paragraph have illegal business turnover or illegal income, they shall be confiscated and may be fined more than 3 times and less than 3 times the illegal income.
