The procedures required for high school transfer are as follows:
Students need to transfer to a scholar due to changes in their family residence and parents' household registration or other special reasons. Parents or guardians shall apply and provide proof materials such as household registration book, address transfer certificate and student registration card. After the school approves the transfer, transfer procedures shall be handled within one week after the end of the semester or before the start of the new semester.
Primary and junior high school students transferred from other cities (counties, districts) must first go through the transfer procedures in the General Education Department of the Municipal Education Bureau, and the General Education Department will transfer them to relevant schools or town (street) education offices according to their actual conditions, and the town (street) education offices will transfer them to relevant schools.
Primary and junior high school students who transfer to other counties and cities in this city can only be transferred out after the transfer certificate [signed by the town (street) education office in the town (street) school] is issued by the school where they belong and approved by the general education department.
Primary school students transfer between towns (streets) in the city. The transfer school will issue a certificate and report it to the Education Office for examination and approval. After the transfer town (street) Education Office agrees, they will be arranged to attend relevant schools in the town (street). Municipal primary school transfer should be reported to the Municipal Education Bureau for approval. When junior high school students transfer between towns (streets) in the city, the transfer school will issue a transfer certificate, and after the consent of the town (street) Education Office and the approval of the Municipal Education Bureau, they can be transferred to relevant schools.
