1. Harbin Institute of Technology is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is a national "985 Project", "2 1 1 Project" and "Double First-class" construction university, and was selected as one of the first ten demonstration universities of party building work in China.
Harbin Institute of Technology is known as "the cradle of engineers". As of September 30th, 20021year, the school has its headquarters and two campuses, Weihai and Shenzhen, with a campus area of 5,654,200 square meters and a construction area of 3,550,800 square meters.
