Fund application process:

1. The Red Cross Society of the city (county)/the designated hospital shall instruct the guardians of children to fill in the application form for Angel Sunshine Fund.

2, the city (county) level Red Cross will conduct a preliminary examination of the application materials and fill in the "China Red Cross Lottery Public Welfare Fund Project Application Registration Form", and submit it to the provincial Red Cross before the 3rd of each month.

3. The provincial Red Cross Society shall review, summarize and fill in the Application Registration Form of China Red Cross Lottery Public Welfare Fund Project and submit the electronic version to China Red Cross Society before the 5th of each month. The application materials shall be retained by the provincial Red Cross Society.

4. According to the annual funding arrangement, China Red Cross Foundation shall determine the list to be reviewed in the order of application, and submit it to the review committee after verification by the provincial Red Cross Society.

5. The list of children who have passed the assessment will be publicized in official website, China Red Cross Society and Gansu Red Cross Society for three days.

6. For children who have no objection after publicity, the China Red Cross Society will send the Notice of Funding for the Angel Sunshine Lottery Public Welfare Fund Project to the Provincial Red Cross Society.

7, city (county) level Red Cross/designated hospitals to guide the guardians of the aided children to prepare information according to the notification requirements, and report it to the provincial Red Cross after verification.

8. The provincial Red Cross Society shall review, summarize and fill in the Registration Form for Children to be Funded by the China Red Cross Lottery Public Welfare Fund Project, and submit the electronic version to the China Red Cross Society before the 5th of each month, and keep the receipt information to the provincial Red Cross Society.

9. The Red Cross Society of China will allocate the grants to the provincial Red Cross Society in batches according to the annual funding arrangement, and the provincial Red Cross Society will allocate them to the aided children's accounts within 5 working days after receiving the grants.

10, within 15 working days after the grant is allocated, the provincial red cross society will pay a telephone call back to the aided children, and fill in the "China red cross lottery public welfare fund project funded children's return visit form" and report it to the China red cross society.

Funding criteria:

1. The family is responsible for children with congenital heart disease ranging from 5,000 yuan (excluding) to 1000 yuan (including), and each child receives a subsidy of 5,000 yuan.

2. Children with congenital heart disease whose family is responsible for 654.38+0000 yuan (excluding) to 654.38+00000 yuan (including) will receive a subsidy of 654.38+00000 yuan each.

3. Children with congenital heart disease whose family is conceited 1.5 million yuan (excluding) to 20,000 yuan (including) will receive a subsidy of 20,000 yuan each.

4. Children with congenital heart disease whose family burden is 20,000 yuan (excluding) to 30,000 yuan (including) will receive a subsidy of 20,000 yuan each.

5. Children with congenital heart disease whose family is more than 30,000 yuan (excluding 30,000 yuan) will receive a subsidy of 30,000 yuan each.
