Fan: Male, born in 1972, Ph.D., with the qualifications of certified public accountant, certified asset appraiser, fund practitioner and securities practitioner. China nationality, no permanent residency abroad. Mr. Fan holds a doctorate in accounting from Xiamen University, a postdoctoral degree in applied economics from the Institute of Finance of China Academy of Social Sciences and a master's degree in economic policy making from Columbia University. He has served as Director of Division II of M&A Supervision Department of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Managing Director of CITIC Securities, General Manager of CITIC M&A Fund (legal representative) and General Manager of Galaxy Fund. He used to be the vice president of Shanghai Fund Industry Association, a member of investment banking professional committee of China Securities Industry Association, a member of innovation and development professional committee, a member of China Assets Appraisal Association, a member of China Assets Appraisal Standards Advisory Committee, and an expert consultant of the Internal Control Standards Committee of the Ministry of Finance. He is currently the general manager of Cornerstone Asset Management Co., Ltd.
