Common chronic diseases include hypertension, coronary heart disease (myocardial infarction), cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction recovery, chronic obstructive emphysema and pulmonary heart disease, chronic ulcerative colitis, chronic active hepatitis, decompensated cirrhosis, chronic nephritis, diabetes with ineffective diet control, hyperthyroidism (hypothyroidism), epilepsy, hepatolenticular degeneration, rheumatoid arthritis, myasthenia gravis and systemic lupus erythematosus.

2. There is no deductible for outpatient reimbursement of special chronic diseases, and its reimbursable expenses are directly implemented according to the hospitalization reimbursement policy of hospitals at the same level, which can be reported once every quarter.

Special chronic diseases include the following diseases: aplastic anemia, leukemia, hemophilia, schizophrenia, radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignant tumors, dialysis treatment for chronic renal insufficiency, organ transplant rejection treatment, and vascular stent implantation.

3. The reimbursable expenses of the above-mentioned common chronic diseases and special chronic diseases (hereinafter collectively referred to as "chronic diseases and special diseases") refer to the expenses of necessary (or special) drugs, examinations and treatment items for the disease.
