The work of forecasting the names of the 222 national overseas projects in our school was started today. At that time, after the application system of the National Scholarship Fund Committee's 222 public project is opened for registration, the candidates officially recommended by our school will be produced from the applicants who participated in the school's forecast name. In order to do a good job in our school's 222 national public study abroad program and ensure the smooth completion of our school's 222 graduate study abroad program, all colleges are requested to do a good job in this forecast on the basis of summing up the development of this program in our unit from 27 to 221:

As the National Scholarship Fund Committee has not published the 222 national public study abroad program brochure, this forecast name is open to all interested participants. After the National Scholarship Fund Committee announces the project brief, the applicant who does not meet the project registration conditions of the National Scholarship Fund Committee will not be finally recommended.

2. All applicants are required to fill in the "List of Forecasts of National Public Overseas Projects of China University of Mining and Technology" (see Annex I) and report to their colleges within the specified time.

Third, all colleges should actively cooperate with the school, and closely combine with the discipline construction and scientific research cooperation projects of the school to carry out this work.

4. Each college should consider the following aspects when determining the list of pre-candidates:

1. Comprehensively investigate the comprehensive quality of students

In order to implement the forecast name and external contact work of each college, each college is required to set up a working group for the overseas project of public graduate students, which is specifically responsible for guiding and coordinating the work, and at the same time, it should be based on the current ideological and moral character, course study, basic quality and ability of scientific research, foreign language level and external contact of the applicants.

2. All colleges should coordinate and forecast the foreign contacts of famous graduate students, especially give full play to the leading role of tutors, and try their best to help students find and contact overseas study units and tutors.

V. Registration Method

Students are requested to download the registration form (Annex I) and fill it out completely, and then submit it to the graduate educational administration personnel of each college before December 15, 221. Before December 16th, all colleges and universities will submit the paper version of Annex I "List of Forecasters of National Public Overseas Projects of China University of Mining and Technology" (one for each student) and Annex II "Summary of Forecasters of National Public Overseas Projects of China University of Mining and Technology in 222" (one for each college) to the graduate school A41, and send the electronic file of Annex II (Summary) to the mailbox baiyh@cumt.edu.cn.

1. This registration is based on last year's enrollment policy, and it is the forecast name for going abroad in 222. Since the 222 national public program enrollment brochure has not yet been issued, if there are any policy changes, all will be subject to the 222 national public program selection brochure to be announced by the National Scholarship Fund Committee.

3. Students who are interested in participating in the national public graduate program in 222 must participate in this forecast. After registration, we will start to contact the intended study abroad units and get the invitation letter or admission notice necessary for the formal declaration of the project as soon as possible.
