According to the relevant regulations of asset management association of china, the Fund Qualification Examination I * * * consists of three subjects, all of which are multiple-choice questions, including general multiple-choice questions, combined multiple-choice questions and comprehensive multiple-choice questions. The examination subjects are fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business standards, and the selected subjects are the basic knowledge of securities investment funds and the basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.

Fund qualification examination subjects:

1. Subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms;

2. Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds;

3. Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.

Among the above subjects, only subject one is an examination subject.

Conditions for applying to participate in the qualification examination of the fund:

1, with full capacity for civil conduct;

2. The deadline for registration is 18 years old;

3. Have a high school education or above;

4. Other conditions stipulated by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
