(3) Leased talent apartment construction projects included in the talent apartment construction plan of our city will be given tax incentives such as urban land use tax, land value-added tax, stamp duty, business tax, enterprise income tax, deed tax and property tax. (4) The government can give a discount subsidy of 2% to the rental talent apartment construction project included in the talent apartment construction plan of our city.
