(2) Rehabilitation of cerebral palsy
Rehabilitation is one of the key tasks in our hospital. Despite the shortage of personnel, we overcame difficulties and arranged professional and technical personnel reasonably and effectively. On the basis of the original "rehabilitation in life", use the existing space to gradually carry out rehabilitation work. Make a rehabilitation plan for 9 children, design rehabilitation content, and give regular rehabilitation guidance. Through reasonable arrangement of effective time, the self-care ability of these nine disabled children has been greatly improved, and the rehabilitation work in our hospital has been moving towards standardization.
③ Social work
In order to further improve, popularize and standardize social work and update ideas, Professor Qu Wenyong and Professor Yang Xiaomei from the Department of Sociology, School of Philosophy and Public Administration, Heilongjiang University were invited to come to the hospital on 20 17 to train employees in social work intervention. In order to increase students' horizons, broaden their horizons and cultivate their yearning for university life, our college and the School of Management of Heilongjiang University organized children to participate in the activity of "Experiencing University Life and Feeling the Humanistic Campus" on June 26th. During the activity, students gave lectures and field exercises on fire control knowledge, and visited the campus scenery and library of Heilongjiang University. Through this activity, students' self-confidence is enhanced, they know how to face themselves squarely and their inferiority complex is broken.

In 20 17, the hospital arranged two full-time staff to supplement, register, sort out and bind the files of more than 700 children since its establishment. In order to actively create conditions and provide high-level learning opportunities for orphans and disabled children who have the learning ability and can basically take care of themselves, in March this year, two students in this hospital were transferred to Harbin No.9 Middle School and Harbin Normal School respectively, and suitable foster families were found for them. Now, the two children have adapted to the new "home" environment and their academic performance is constantly improving. At the same time, 1 students take the senior high school entrance examination, 1 secondary school graduates take the college entrance examination.
3. Rehabilitation work. In accordance with the principle of "minor illness does not leave the hospital, serious illness does not misdiagnose", we will carry out medical treatment for orphans and disabled children, find and treat children's diseases early, actively treat them, and make full use of special mechanisms and various forms to rescue children. Through the active coordination and communication of hospital leaders, 8 children were hospitalized.
4. Explore ways to resettle older children. In order to help older orphans and disabled children seek employment opportunities, the hospital created opportunities for five older children to go out and learn "cooking skills" during the winter vacation, and sent three older children to learn "driving skills". Through professional and technical learning, children can have a skill, broaden their horizons and lay a solid foundation for their smooth integration into society in the future.
(6) Safety work
In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of hospital staff and orphans and disabled children, popularize fire safety knowledge and prevent and reduce fire hazards, instructors from Zhengan Fire Safety Training Center were invited twice on 20 17 to train hospital staff on fire safety knowledge by using multimedia. After the training, the hospital office issued a safety knowledge answer sheet to each employee. Through two trainings and answer sheets, employees are familiar with and master the use of some fire-fighting equipment, improve their escape skills and how to protect children from danger.

In 20 17, our hospital will take the introduction of social resources as one of its priorities, and take June 1st, Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival as the breakthrough points to make the society close to orphans and disabled children.
