Fund practitioners should be familiar with laws and regulations, and consciously abide by this code. Specifically, it includes the following requirements: (1) Fund employees should strictly abide by laws, regulations and other codes of conduct. When codes with different levels of effectiveness stipulate the same behavior, we should choose to abide by the stricter code. (2) Fund employees should consciously abide by the codes of conduct stipulated in the self-discipline guidelines. (3) Fund employees shall actively cooperate with the supervision of fund supervision institutions. (4) Fund practitioners with supervisory responsibilities shall faithfully perform their supervisory responsibilities, timely discover and stop illegal acts, and prevent illegal acts from causing more serious consequences. (5) Although employees of general funds are not responsible for supervision, they should also supervise whether others' behaviors meet the requirements of laws and regulations. Once violations of laws and regulations are found, they should be stopped in time and reported to the higher authorities or regulatory agencies.
