The invoices used by the foundation are unified invoices for public welfare donations produced under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China. Based on the query of relevant public information, the foundation's invoices shall be issued truthfully column by column and all at once in accordance with the prescribed time limit and order, and shall be stamped with the foundation's special financial seal. The invoices issued should establish an invoice usage registration system with the paying units and individuals, set up an invoice registration book, and regularly report the invoice usage to the financial department. Invoices shall be stored and kept in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and shall not be damaged without authorization.
