1. Submissions should be scientific, logical and practical.
It requires authentic information, accurate data, clear arguments, rigorous design, and refined writing. Papers and reviews generally do not exceed 4,000 words, and abstracts of papers, case reports, technical exchanges, etc. generally do not exceed 1,500 words.
Generally speaking, monograph articles should cite no less than 15 references (relevant Chinese references should be included).
2. Manuscripts must be accompanied by a letter of recommendation from the institution.
The recommendation letter should indicate the review opinions on the manuscript, as well as the fact that there is no double submission of the same manuscript, no confidentiality and no dispute over signature, etc. 3. Manuscripts are required to be submitted in two copies, one of which is the original (printed version) and the other can be a copy.
However, photocopies cannot be used and 2 original photos must be provided.

Generally, manuscripts that are not accepted will not be returned (a rejection notice or a simple rejection opinion will be sent by regular mail). If you need to return the original photo manuscript, please state it when submitting.
4. Please indicate the following on the first page of the manuscript: title, name of each author, the first author’s work unit (or the name and detailed mailing address of the corresponding author responsible for contacting the editorial department), postal code, telephone number, fax number and

6. This journal opens a "fast track" for innovative scientific research results with international leading levels or first-reported papers in the world.
For papers that are required to be published in the "fast track", the author should provide a description of the innovativeness of the paper (and attach 2 expert review sheets from different units) and a novelty search report.
After review and approval, the manuscript will generally be published within 4 months after receipt.
7. If the author does not receive a manuscript processing notice within 3 months after receiving the receipt from the journal, it means that the manuscript is under review.
If the author wants to submit a manuscript to another journal, please contact the editorial department of this journal first. Do not submit a manuscript twice. If a manuscript is found to have been submitted twice, the manuscript will be rejected immediately; if a manuscript is found to be dual-used, the journal will publish the article as a duplicate publication.

8. All submissions are solely responsible for the author.
According to the "Copyright Law", this journal may make text modifications or deletions to the manuscripts it decides to publish. Any modifications involving the original meaning will be brought to the author's consideration.
For manuscripts that are withdrawn for revision, the author is required to revise them in a timely manner and send a printed copy of the revised manuscript (the manuscript number must be indicated) back to (or send via e-mail) to the editorial office of this journal as soon as possible.
If the revised manuscript is not returned to the editorial office for more than 3 months, it will be deemed to be automatically withdrawn.
9. After review and preliminary drafting of the manuscript for publication, the revised manuscript must be saved in a floppy disk (or CD) and sent back to the editorial department of this journal together with the printed copy of the revised manuscript.
After the manuscript is decided for publication, the author shall personally sign an authorization letter for exclusive rights to the paper, and the exclusive right to use it shall belong to the Chinese Medical Association.
In addition to publishing on paper carriers, the Chinese Medical Association has the right to publish manuscripts decided for publication on CD-ROMs, online journals and other means.
10. After the manuscript is confirmed for publication, the page fee must be paid according to the amount notified.
Those who publish color figures need to pay additional color figure printing costs, which can be paid by the author's unit from project funds, scientific research fees or other expenses.
After the manuscript is published, the author's remuneration will be determined (remuneration for the CD version and online version is included), and a copy of the current magazine will be given as a gift.
