1. Engaged in the investment management of the company's stock funds. Participate in the establishment of private equity funds and be responsible for the daily operation and management of the funds;

2. Responsible for the preliminary investigation, asset allocation and related approval procedures of the newly established fund;

3. Conduct due diligence on the bid and draw up the investment transaction structure.
