(1) Single scholarship

1. Social work award: those who have failed the first course in this academic year and meet one of the following conditions are eligible to participate in the evaluation:

① Seriously publicize and implement the instructions and spirit of the school, and play an exemplary role in all work and activities;

② I have a decent style, adhere to principles, unite my classmates to serve everyone enthusiastically, and have the spirit of hard work and selfless dedication;

③ Take an active part in various activities organized by schools and departments, with outstanding performance and remarkable achievements;

④ those who have outstanding performance in the work of teaching assistants, management assistants and assistant graduate counselors.

2. Academic Excellence Award: In principle, the academic Excellence Award is evaluated in the last semester of the second year of the master's degree, and those who meet the following conditions are eligible to participate in the evaluation:

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 National Scholarships for Postgraduates are funded by the central government to reward full-time postgraduates with outstanding performance in ordinary colleges and universities, aiming at promoting the reform of postgraduate training mechanism and improving the quality of postgraduate training. According to the Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (21 &; Mdash223), Notice on Printing and Distributing (Cai Jiao 212342), combined with the actual situation of Southeast University, these measures are formulated.

Chapter II Award Standards and Basic Conditions

Article 11 Students who have objections to the evaluation results of national scholarships for graduate students may lodge a complaint with the evaluation committee of the institute (department, institute or center) at the publicity stage, and the evaluation committee of the institute (department, institute or center) shall study and reply in time. If students still have objections to the answers given by the evaluation committee of the college (department, institute and center), they can submit a ruling to the leading group for the evaluation of national scholarships for graduate students in the school publicity stage.

Chapter V Scholarship Issuance, Management and Supervision

Article 12 Before November 3th of each year, the school will issue the national scholarship for graduate students of that year to the award-winning students in one lump sum. Postgraduates' access to national scholarships is recorded in students' status files, and honorary certificates uniformly printed by the state are issued.

Article 13 Schools strictly implement the relevant national financial regulations and the provisions of these Measures, carry out separate accounting for national scholarships, strengthen fund management, and use the funds for special purposes, and shall not intercept, occupy or misappropriate them, and accept the inspection and supervision of departments such as finance, auditing, discipline inspection and supervision, and competent authorities.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Chapter I General Provisions

article 2 the postgraduate scholarship consists of national financial allocation, scientific research funds, student loans, social donations, postgraduate tuition income and self-raised funds of the school.

Article 3 Postgraduate scholarships include national scholarships for postgraduate students, scholarships for postgraduate studies and scholarships from Southeast University Education Foundation.

Article 4 Postgraduate grants include national grants for postgraduates, post grants for graduate teaching assistants, research assistants and management assistants (hereinafter referred to as "three assistants"), national student loans for postgraduates, grants from Southeast University Education Foundation and grants from Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Fund.

Article 5 The school shall set up a leading group for postgraduate scholarships, which shall be responsible for grasping the key points of policies and formulating measures for the management of postgraduate scholarships; Overall leadership, coordination, supervision and evaluation.

article 8 a graduate student who has won a scholarship for postgraduate studies may be supported by other national scholarship policies for postgraduate students, national grants for postgraduate students, and other postgraduate scholarship policies in the school.

Article 9 For the application conditions and funding standards of national grants for graduate students, grants for Southeast University Education Foundation, national student loans for graduate students and excellent doctoral dissertation funds, please refer to the Interim Measures for the Administration of National Scholarships for Postgraduates, the contents of the agreements of various student aid projects established by Southeast University Education Foundation, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Southeast University Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Cultivation Fund and the specific provisions of national student loans for the current year.
