According to the Measures for the Administration of Outstanding Postgraduate Award Fund of Shandong University (Trial) (Annex I), the school continues to implement the Outstanding Postgraduate Award Scheme. In order to ensure the smooth development of this work, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Application qualifications and selection conditions

Applicants should be recommended to study directly for doctoral and master's degrees at Grade 20 12 without examination, and meet one of the following conditions:

1. The university recommends that graduate students who are exempt from exams rank in the top 5% of all undergraduates. Or ranked in the top 15% among the graduates of professional base classes (see the information such as "professional number" and "comprehensive ranking" in the List of Graduates of Shandong University who have been studying for master's degree for 20 12 years without examination released by the Academic Affairs Office of the school in September).

2. Other "985" universities recommend graduate students who are exempt from exams.

The basic conditions for the selection are: correct ideological and moral character, excellent academic performance, high comprehensive quality and obvious scientific research potential.

Second, the evaluation principle

The review follows the principles of "openness and fairness, expert review, merit-based funding, and quality before quantity", which is managed and implemented by the graduate school.

Third, the reward amount.

The award amount of Shandong University Graduate Excellent Student Source Award Fund is 30,000 yuan for the first prize, 20,000 yuan for the second prize and 6,543.8+0,000 yuan for the third prize. In principle, the first prize was selected in nine "985" colleges and universities that were built in the early stage of the country.

Four. Application and review procedures

Graduate students who meet the application conditions should fill in the Application Form for Outstanding Postgraduate Award Fund of Shandong University (see Annex 1). With the consent of the tutor, the training unit will review and recommend it and report it to the graduate school for review.
