Original and photocopy of Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person

Special Power of Attorney in the same city and photocopy of Identity Card as a Legal Person

Fill in the Information Registration Form of Social Insurance Units in Beijing

When you come back, you will download the v2.4.6 version of the medical collection software from the Beijing Labor Security Network, input the information of the company, print the attached pages in Table 1 and Table 1, and affix the official seal to Table 2.

Step 3: Increase the number of employees

1. Increase the number of medical employees

Enter the personnel information into the medical collection software, print Form 3 (those who have participated in social security before need not print), and post one-inch color bareheaded photos.

after entering all personnel's information, select the staff addition in "Personal Change Registration", set the recovery reason, click "Staff Addition" and print two forms 8 (with official seals).

select "information offer" in "data exchange" and copy the generated file to the USB flash drive.

2. Four-insurance personnel increase

Fill in Table 11 (Social Insurance Insured Personnel Increase Table) in duplicate and affix the official seal. If there are new insured personnel, you need to fill in Table 2 (Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form) in duplicate and affix the official seal.

note: when you go to social security to increase the number of employees, you must first apply for medical increase (bring a USB flash drive), and then apply for four-insurance increase.
