Some common problems after canceling the annual inspection:
1. Canceling the annual inspection does not mean canceling the follow-up education and training.
Persons who have obtained the qualification of fund practice or fund sales business shall complete the follow-up vocational training of not less than 15 hours every year from the second year of registration.
2. Canceling the annual inspection does not mean canceling the qualification examination.
Employees of relevant institutions still need to pass the fund qualification examination to obtain the fund qualification, and register with the China Foundation through their institutions to obtain the fund qualification certificate.
3. What are the consequences of not completing 15 hours of continuing education every year?
If it has not been rectified before June 30 of the following year, the relevant personnel shall be marked abnormally and publicized.
4. What if the qualification expires after four years?
As long as the relevant personnel do not have any illegal acts and bad credit records, and have completed the required continuing education hours before the expiration, the system can automatically extend the validity period of their qualification certificates.
