Can't the fund redemption arrive on the same day?

Fund redemption can't arrive on the same day, because after receiving the redemption application from investors, the fund company needs to carry out a series of operations such as confirmation, liquidation and transfer, which takes some time. Fund redemption refers to the behavior of investors selling their fund shares to fund companies in exchange for corresponding cash.

The time for fund redemption is related to the time for investors to redeem funds, the type of funds, the liquidation rules of sales organizations and other factors. Under normal circumstances, the fund company will confirm it within the second trading day after receiving the investor's application for subscription and redemption, that is, after redeeming the fund, the latest arrival time will not exceed 4 days.

Specifically, different types of funds have different redemption times:

The redemption time of money funds and bond funds is generally T+ 1, that is, the first trading day after the redemption application is confirmed;

The redemption time of hybrid funds and equity funds is generally T+2 days, that is, the second trading day after the redemption application is confirmed;

The redemption time of special funds such as QDII funds may be longer, generally more than T+8 days, depending on the announcements of fund companies and sales organizations.

It should be noted that T-day only refers to trading days, and weekends and legal holidays are not counted. If the operation time is after the trading day 15:00, it is also counted as the next trading day.
