Fund property is the property formed by the investment of fund investors and the main body of the legal relationship of securities investment funds. Fund investors enjoy corresponding fund shares because of investing in funds, and fund investors or fund share holders enjoy corresponding rights and assume corresponding obligations to fund property according to fund shares.
