From January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017, the upper limit of the monthly salary payment for basic pension insurance in the city's government agencies and institutions was 18,171 yuan, and the lower limit was still 3,360 yuan according to the standard announced by the province last year.

The salary base for basic medical care, unemployment, work-related injury and maternity insurance for enterprise employees in the city shall be based on the above provisions.

The basic back-pay wage base for basic medical insurance for enterprise employees in urban areas (including Tongzhou District and Tongzhou Bay Demonstration Zone) is 4,832 yuan/month, and other counties (cities) determine independently based on actual conditions.

The municipal human resources and social security department reminds that all localities must strictly implement provincial and municipal social insurance base policy regulations, and must not exceed the upper and lower limits of payment wages stipulated in this notice to ensure that all fund receivables are collected.
