According to the relevant regulations of China Asset Management Association on qualification management and follow-up vocational training for fund employees, fund employees, that is, those who have obtained the certificate of China Securities Investment Fund Industry, need to attend follow-up training. Persons who have obtained the qualification of fund practice or fund sales business shall complete the follow-up vocational training of not less than 15 hours every year from the second year of registration. Compulsory content is not less than 10 class hour, and elective content is not more than 5 class hours. After the distance training course is completed and the class hours are obtained, the class hours information will be sent to the staff management platform of the Association.
