Zhongtai Investment Company is a wholly-owned alternative investment subsidiary of Zhongtai Securities Co., Ltd., and its personnel are distributed in Beijing, Jinan, Shenzhen and Shanghai. The basic economic functions are different. The basic functions of Zhongtai Securities market are resource allocation and risk pricing, while the basic functions of Sino-Thai investment are risk aversion and price discovery. It is two different trading methods, one is investment, the other is securities, and the relationship between them is parallel.
