Strict kindness and caring.
Below I have compiled my personal thoughts on the fifth issue of "Family Education Public Welfare Lecture" for everyone. I hope you like it!
Personal reflections on the fifth issue of "Family Education Public Welfare Lecture" (Part 1) Parents are their children's lifelong teachers, family education is the foundation of all education, and the influence of parents on their children is one of the factors that cannot be ignored in their growth. This
This influence is subtle and lasting.
In my personal opinion, in the process of children's growth, the following aspects should be mainly done: 1. Give children a harmonious home. The healthy growth of children is most inseparable from a peaceful and safe family environment.
First of all, the harmonious and peaceful family atmosphere gives him a sense of psychological security and happiness.
To allow children to develop in an all-round way, a harmonious family is crucial and a warm family must be established.
In order to make them confident and interested in learning, at home, we must not only give children a harmonious and happy learning space, but also cultivate their basic life skills as much as possible, including the ability to take care of themselves, the will to overcome difficulties, and love.
Again, take time to accompany your children to study and play.
Cultural knowledge is important, but games are essential for children. Parents should let their children get the joy of success in learning and games, so that children can fully find fun in learning and games.
Let children feel the happiness of living in a family.
Give your children a happy space to grow.
2. Parents should be patient in educating their children. The junior high school stage is the stage where children are "overcoming obstacles". Due to various reasons, academic performance has declined, and parents are more anxious and impetuous.
When conflicting emotions arise between children and parents, parents should calm down first and learn to wait patiently for their children to grow.
When I usually get along with children, I always find that many of the children's words and deeds are not in line with the parents' wishes, and sometimes they are even unreasonable.
However, parents should give their children the opportunity to defend themselves and express their opinions, listen patiently to their children's opinions, and allow their children to feel their faults through their parents' patient persuasion and education, and then take the initiative to improve.
Parents' expectations and actions for their children often play a key role.
At the same time, school education is equally important, and only through the joint efforts of both parties can results be achieved.
3. Cultivate good self-confidence in children. In the growth of children, parents should guide their children to not only work hard but also try their best no matter what they do. Even if the result is not good, as long as they work hard, they will be the best. Only by letting the children jump and pass
Only when their own efforts are successful can children experience the joy of success and build self-confidence.
When a child makes a mistake, parents should not reprimand the child too much. They should first teach the child the courage to take responsibility for the mistake, and then help the child analyze where the mistake was, why it was wrong, what the consequences will be, and how to correct the mistake in the future.
Encourage your children more, see their progress, affirm their achievements, and don't blindly criticize their efforts and failures.
Build confidence in your children. Self-confidence is a process of gradual accumulation. Children should not be afraid of doing something because they may fail, but they should be happy to do something because they may succeed.
Precisely because this is a gradual cultivation process, we need to always pay attention to this no matter in the small things in life, in games or in learning.
In life, children need help and love. As parents, they do not replace everything, but provide reasonable care and training. Let children know that self-esteem and self-confidence are established by their own actions, not what others can give. Only in this way can they cultivate
The child has an independent and sound personality.
4. Cultivate children’s good study habits and learning abilities. After six years of systematic study in primary school, children have mastered some learning methods and formed certain study habits. After they enter middle school, as they grow older, their psychology and physiology will change.
Big adjustments and changes have occurred, but as long as children have good study habits and learning abilities, they will be able to keep up with future studies.
To cultivate children's learning habits, we must first make them interested in learning and thirsty for knowledge. Children's desire for knowledge cannot be easily wiped out.
Secondly, in terms of intellectual education, parents should pay proper attention to their children's lectures, review, and homework and give necessary guidance. They should guide their children to read some useful extracurricular readings, tutoring materials, learning experiences, etc., guide their children to use their brains scientifically, and cultivate their observation and memory abilities.
It is very important to improve children's thinking ability, have a good learning method, and cultivate children's serious style.
Today's children have higher IQs, but most children have poor learning due to bad habits.
For example, eating while watching TV, talking while doing homework, or asking an adult to accompany you when doing homework.
They have no interest in learning consciously and regard learning as a burden. They often need supervision from adults to complete their homework.
Therefore, I advocate finishing homework in the shortest possible time, and of course doing it well. The purpose of this is to train children to concentrate on work and improve learning efficiency.
Otherwise, children will develop undisciplined study habits.
