Article 3 (Form and Amount of Funds)
The special fund adopts the form of free funding, mainly supporting the following projects.
(A) China patent funding
1. For invention patents, at the application stage, a patent fee subsidy of 3,000 yuan per piece will be given, and a patent fee subsidy of 2,000 yuan will be given after the patent is granted.
2. Subsidize the patent application service fee for the invention achievements in the annual special activities of invention and creation approved by the Science and Technology Commission of Pudong New Area (hereinafter referred to as the "District Science and Technology Commission"). The amount of subsidy is: the maximum amount of invention is not more than 3,000 yuan/piece, and the maximum amount of utility model is not more than 1 1,000 yuan/piece.
(2) funding foreign invention patents
1. Each PCT patent application is given a grant of 1.5 million yuan.
2. Those who apply for a patent in other countries (including the PCT national phase) shall be subsidized by 50% of the actual cost, and the subsidy for each patent application in each country shall not exceed 25,000 yuan.
3. Those who have obtained the authorization of foreign invention patents in high-tech fields will be given 50% annual fee subsidy for three consecutive years from the date of patent authorization, and each piece will be given no more than 30,000 yuan per year. For a unit, the total annual subsidy for the above-mentioned foreign patents shall not exceed 500,000 yuan.
(three) patent pilot (demonstration) enterprise funding
1. Give a one-time subsidy of 65438+ 10,000 yuan to the enterprises identified as patent pilots in Pudong New Area.
2. Give a one-time subsidy of 200,000 yuan to the enterprises that have been approved as patent pilots in Shanghai.
3. Enterprises that have won the title of Shanghai Patent Demonstration Enterprise will be given a one-time grant of 300,000 yuan.
Enterprises approved as patent pilots in Pudong New Area and funded by this special fund will be given supplementary funding according to the funding difference after upgrading to Shanghai patent pilots or Shanghai patent demonstration enterprises.
Patent industrialization funding
For small and medium-sized enterprises that implement invention patents in Pudong New Area, if the sales revenue of patented products or technologies increases by more than 5 million yuan over the previous year, each patented product will be given a subsidy of 200,000 yuan, and each enterprise will receive an annual subsidy of no more than 600,000 yuan. The same patented technology or product shall not be subsidized repeatedly.
(5) Patent awards
Outstanding patent workers who have made outstanding achievements in the patent work of enterprises in the new district, and job inventors or designers who have achieved good economic benefits in patent implementation will be rewarded with a maximum of 20,000 yuan per person according to the enterprise's application and review. Each enterprise shall declare no more than 2 persons each year, and reward no more than 25 enterprises each year.
