1. After the crash, I will take full responsibility for whether to compensate or not, as the case may be:

(1) If I am fully responsible for personal injury and property loss after the crash, if the vehicle is fully insured, the insurance company insured by the vehicle will compensate;

(2) If the loss of the other party is within the insurance limit, the owner does not need to pay any compensation fees, and all of them shall be borne by the insurance company;

(3) If the loss of the other party exceeds the insurance limit, the excess shall be borne by the owner.

2. Legal basis: Article 12 16 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).

If the driver of a motor vehicle escapes after a traffic accident and the motor vehicle participates in compulsory insurance, the insurer shall make compensation within the liability limit of compulsory insurance for motor vehicles; If the motor vehicle is unknown, the motor vehicle does not participate in compulsory insurance, or the rescue cost exceeds the liability limit of motor vehicle compulsory insurance, and the injured person needs to pay the rescue and funeral expenses, the social assistance fund for road traffic accidents shall pay in advance. After the social assistance fund for road traffic accidents is advanced, its management institution has the right to recover from the person responsible for traffic accidents.

Second, how to compensate for traffic accidents

1. If the actor causes personal injury to the victim, he shall be liable for compensation according to law. The contents of the claim include: medical expenses, hospitalization expenses, meals, lost time, etc. If the victim is seriously injured or disabled, he may also claim compensation for disability compensation, follow-up rehabilitation nursing and treatment expenses.

2. If the perpetrator caused a traffic accident and the victim died, the infringer shall compensate the corresponding funeral expenses, death compensation and mental damage compensation expenses of the victim's relatives in addition to the relevant expenses of rescue.

3. The victim can negotiate with the infringer to agree on the corresponding compensation fee, or request the traffic police department or the mediation committee to intervene in mediation. If mediation fails, the victim may bring a lawsuit to the people's court according to law.
