The certificate of dance classification issued by China University of Arts and Crafts was issued by Li Wei. Li Wei, head of China College of Arts and Technology, has presided over the planning, establishment and management of several projects, such as the National Social Science Fund Art Project, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Scientific Research Project, and the Cultural and Tourism Science and Technology Innovation Project. He is also responsible for issuing dance examination certificates.
