The mortgage approval process is as follows:
1. After the bank accepts the loan application, the account manager of the bank will sort out the information provided by the applicant, then write a submission report, submit the application materials to the auditor for review, and submit it to the credit review department of the branch after being signed by the person in charge of the operating institution.
2. After receiving the materials submitted by the institution, the credit review department will review them according to relevant regulations. If the applicant's information is missing, the operating agency shall supplement the materials.
3. After verification by the person in charge of the credit review department, it shall be submitted to the person in charge of the branch for review. If the person in charge passes the examination, the examination department will issue a notice of examination consent.
