In order to attract and gather all kinds of talents to create a "city of low-cost entrepreneurship and city of high-quality life", these implementation measures are specially formulated based on the actual situation of Nanxun.

1. Reward objects: A-E high-level talents who come to Nanxun to start a business or find a job after January 1, 2022 (see the high-level talent classification catalog for details), college students (full-time doctoral students, master's students, undergraduates and other college students and above)

graduates), professional and technical talents above deputy senior level (subject to transfer of professional titles) and highly skilled talents above senior workers (senior technicians, technicians and senior workers) recognized by the human resources and social security department, including those who will be employed in Nanxun after January 1, 2022

To start a business, obtain a professional technical qualification of associate senior or above and a skill level certificate of senior worker or above recognized by the human resources and social security department while working in Xun (subject to the corresponding professional title or level obtained at the time of application).

2. Relevant requirements 1.

Applicants must sign a labor (employment) contract of one year or more with the employer and pay social insurance continuously for six months or more.

It is the first time to purchase a new commercial residential property within Nanxun District, and there are no other residential properties under the name of myself, my spouse and my minor children in Nanxun District.

Within the scope of Huzhou City, we have not enjoyed housing purchase subsidies and related preferential housing policies for talents. Relevant preferential housing policies include housing reform housing, one-time housing subsidies, affordable housing, and public rental housing.

The time of first home purchase shall be subject to the "Commercial Housing Sales Contract" signed and filed online. The time of first home purchase shall not be earlier than 6 months before the actual time of starting a business or employment in Nanxun.

The employment and entrepreneurship time mentioned above is based on the time when entrepreneurs apply for a business license for the first time, and the time when employed people participate in social insurance.

The above relevant requirements must be met at the time of application.

3. Reward criteria 1.

High-level talents will be given room ticket rewards based on basic standards of up to 3 million yuan for category A, up to 1.5 million yuan for category B, up to 800,000 yuan for category C, up to 600,000 yuan for category D, and up to 500,000 yuan for category E.

For A-E high-level talents introduced by enterprises, in addition to the above basic room ticket reward standards, an additional room ticket reward of 150,000 yuan will be added for each category.

College student talents will be given room ticket rewards based on the basic standards of 500,000 yuan for full-time doctoral students, 250,000 yuan for full-time master's students, 150,000 yuan for full-time undergraduate students, and 70,000 yuan for other college graduates and above.

For university student talents introduced by enterprises, based on the above-mentioned basic room ticket reward standards, the bonus is 150,000 yuan for full-time doctoral students, 100,000 yuan for full-time master's students, 50,000 yuan for full-time undergraduates, and 30,000 yuan for graduates from other colleges and above.

Full-time college graduates from colleges and universities in Huzhou can enjoy room ticket rewards based on the standards for full-time undergraduate students.

For college student talents introduced by Nanxun District’s “Xinxiang Xinniu” enterprises and “Xinxiang Xinniu” cultivation enterprises, the basic standards for room ticket rewards will be increased by 30% and 20% respectively from the original basic standards for college student talents.

Professional and technical talents above the deputy senior level will be given a room ticket reward based on the standard of 500,000 yuan for a senior level and 280,000 yuan for a deputy senior level. For professional and technical talents introduced by the enterprise above the deputy level, based on the above basic standards, room ticket rewards will be based on 15 yuan for a senior level.

The standard additional room ticket reward is RMB 10,000 and RMB 70,000 for the deputy premium.

Highly skilled talents will be given room ticket rewards based on the standards of 280,000 yuan for senior technicians, 150,000 yuan for technicians, and 70,000 yuan for senior workers. For highly skilled talents introduced by enterprises, based on the above basic room ticket reward standards, they will be awarded 70,000 yuan for senior technicians.

The room ticket reward amount shall not be higher than the transaction price of the purchased house. The reward amount is limited to the actual transaction price of the house purchased, and the transaction price of the house does not include the price of parking spaces, storage rooms, etc.

If both spouses meet the conditions, they can enjoy room ticket rewards at the same time, but the total room ticket rewards of both parties must not be higher than the transaction price of the house purchased. When applying for room ticket awards, both parties need to submit application materials at the same time, otherwise the party that fails to submit will be deemed to have automatically given up.
