Looking back on the two-day seminar, we can briefly summarize the following main aspects of * * * knowledge and views.

Participants believe that since the 1980s, the income distribution of state-owned enterprises has achieved positive results through a series of reforms. First, starting from breaking the "iron rice bowl", enterprises should pay attention to mobilizing the enthusiasm of operators and employees, improve their competitiveness, introduce market concepts and mechanisms, tilt towards management talents, key positions and special talents, and integrate with the labor market.
