Wu Ying, known as the father of PHS, took control of Zhongjia Bochuang Company in 2022, and planned to merge his UT Dascom with Zhongjia Bochuang, aiming to compete with established companies such as Huawei and ZTE in the market, so Zhongjia Bochuang will not be ceded.

Wu Ying, 1982, graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering. He is the founder, former vice chairman and executive vice president of UT Starcom.
