Creating a Commune 1. The starting capital for creating a new commune is adjusted to 100,000 gold coins. After the commune is successfully established, 60,000 gold coins will be allocated directly from the starting capital as the commune fund, 30,000 gold coins as the president’s confidential fee, and 10,000 gold coins as cheating.

Security deposit, undistributed commune assets will be cleared when the commune is dissolved.

2. When creating a new commune, you must fill in the real contact information of the president, the president’s QQ number and the commune’s QQ group number for review by the commune administrator.

3. After the application for establishing a new commune is submitted, it must be reviewed by the commune administrator. The commune that passes the review will be in the "pre-established" state. This state will last for up to one week. Within one week of the commune's pre-established state, there must be

10 members joined the commune.

4. After the above conditions are met at any time during the pre-establishment of the commune, the commune will be formally established.

5. If the pre-establishment period of the commune exceeds and the above conditions are not met, the commune will be automatically dissolved, and a handling fee of 1,000 gold coins will be deducted from the paid commune start-up capital, and the remaining funds will be automatically returned to the applicant's account.

6. When the commune is in a pre-established state, the points earned by players who join the commune from participating in the competition will not be recorded as commune work points.
