Funds purchased at Jingdong Financial Client can be redeemed in full. If full redemption is required, you can click Redeem All on the Redemption page. If there is any abnormality, it is recommended to keep the screenshot and contact Jingdong Financial Customer Service for handling. The fund redemption steps are as follows:

2. Operation path of Jingdong Financial App: Log in to the homepage of Jingdong Financial App and manage currency-fund-my position-position information-redemption.

① Open the homepage of Jingdong Financial App, click Wealth Management-Fund-My Position, and select the fund you want to redeem.

(2) Click the fund to be redeemed, and the page will jump to the fund details page. Click Exchange at the bottom left of the page to enter the exchange page. Please note that there will be an estimated arrival time on the page after redemption.

Tips: After the fund is redeemed, the fund company needs to confirm its share. The confirmation time is the trading day (T)+ the redemption date (N), and the national legal holidays will be postponed. After the settlement is completed on the fund confirmation date, the redemption funds will be paid to the small vault or bank card at that time.
