Beijing JD.COM Love Foundation was formally registered in Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau on September 24th, 20 14. It is a non-public offering foundation.

On 20 17, JD.COM Public Welfare Foundation applied to become the first batch of charitable organizations after the promulgation of the Charity Law. Adhering to the foundation purpose of "integrating social resources and promoting social welfare development", more than 20 public welfare projects and social innovation attempts have been carried out in the fields of poverty alleviation, disaster relief, education, environmental protection and social innovation.
