Who is the fund investor?
Fund investors refer to individual fund investors, institutional investors, qualified foreign institutional investors and other investors who are allowed by laws and regulations or approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission to purchase securities investment funds. Fund investors are the actual owners of funds and enjoy the right to know, vote and benefit from fund information. All investment activities of the Fund are aimed at increasing investors' income, and all risk management focuses on protecting investors' interests. Therefore, investors are the center of all activities of the fund. The basic rights of fund investors include the right to enjoy fund income, the right to transfer fund shares and, to a certain extent, the right to make decisions on fund management. For different types of funds, investors have different ways to influence investment decisions. In corporate funds, fund investors elect the board of directors of the fund company through the shareholders' meeting and exercise the major decision-making power of the fund company. In contract funds, fund investors can only make decisions on major issues of the fund by convening a fund beneficiary meeting, but generally they cannot directly affect the daily decision-making of the fund.
