In promoting rural sustainable development, China Rural Development Foundation will gradually change from addressing the needs of poor areas and poor people from "none" to "existence" to addressing the needs of underdeveloped areas and low-income groups in the rural revitalization stage, from "existence" to "good". The work concept fully embodies the "three more emphases": paying more attention to the social benefits and public welfare value of public welfare projects, paying more attention to the endogenous capacity building of recipients, and paying more attention to the sustainable development of underdeveloped areas. In terms of work content, China Rural Development Foundation will focus on five aspects: industrial development, personnel training, rural construction, rural social undertakings and social mobilization.
