The collection method of the national public maintenance fund is:
1, commercial housing: generally 2%-3% of the house price, and 2% of the house price in most areas, which is paid by the purchaser. Except Hangzhou, 8% of the construction cost is paid by the developer.
2. Public housing: In addition to the 2% paid by the purchaser, the unit selling public housing has to pay 20% of the house price, which is deducted from the income from the sale of the house.
