" At the same time, Article 8 requires: "If an enterprise changes its business scope, it shall apply to the enterprise registration authority for registration of change within 30 days from the date when the enterprise makes a resolution or decision on change. Among them, if a partnership enterprise or a sole proprietorship enterprise changes its business scope, it shall apply to the enterprise registration authority for registration of change within 15 days from the date of making the change decision.
