China Youth Development Foundation, referred to as "China Youth Foundation" for short, was established in March 1989. Project Hope is a social welfare undertaking initiated and implemented by China Youth Foundation in 1989. The Outlook Project is a public welfare project jointly sponsored by China Youth Development Foundation and China International Association for the Exchange of Talents in 1993. The "Reading Project" was started in June 1998.

Guanghua Education Foundation was founded in 1989, initiated by nan huaijin, a famous master of Chinese studies, and funded by Taiwan Province Ruentex Group. In line with the purpose of promoting Chinese culture, we will persist in funding the education of the motherland through the establishment of scholarships and investment projects. Since its establishment, the Foundation has successively donated 1.6 billion yuan and set up scholarships in 34 colleges and universities across the country, and about 13, students have received various grants from the Foundation, which has made great contributions to promoting the development of education in China.
