The organizer and the organizer each send a person in charge to form the forum organizing Committee. The organizing committee has two chairmen, several vice-chairmen, and the secretary general 1. The chairman is elected by turns.
The responsibilities of the Forum Organizing Committee are as follows:
(1) Decide on the purpose, objectives and activities of the forum.
(2) Review and accept the new organizer (the organizer can decide freely when leaving the forum).
(3) Decide on the advisers and members of the expert committee of the Forum.
(4) Discuss and decide on the major activities of the forum.
(5) Determine the organizer and co-organizer.
(6) Guide and supervise the organization and arrangement of forum activities.
(7) Share the expenses of the forum.
(8) Provide social resources support for the forum.
(9) Review and supervise the financial management of the Forum.
(10) Evaluate the work of the forum secretariat and organizers.
