The collection standard of housing maintenance fund in 2020 shall be collected in accordance with the relevant provisions in the Measures for the Administration of Special Maintenance of Residential Buildings:

1. The owners of commercial houses and non-residential houses shall deposit special residential maintenance according to the construction area of their own property, and the amount of the first special residential maintenance per square meter of construction area shall be 5% to 8% of the cost per square meter of local residential construction and installation projects. The competent departments of construction (real estate) of the people's governments of municipalities directly under the central government, cities and counties shall, according to local conditions, reasonably determine and announce the amount per square meter of construction area for the first phase of special residential maintenance, and make timely adjustments.

2, the sale of public housing, residential special maintenance in accordance with the following provisions:

(1) The owner shall deposit the residential special maintenance according to the construction area of the property, and the first-phase residential special maintenance amount per square meter of construction area shall be 2% of the local housing reform cost price.

(two) the sale of units in accordance with the multi-storey residential price of not less than 20%, high-rise residential price of not less than 30% of the principle, from the price of a one-time extraction of housing special maintenance.
