If the transaction password of debit card is entered incorrectly for three consecutive times in each transaction channel within one day, it will be locked. You can unlock or reset your password at any branch of our bank with your valid ID card and bank card (no agent).

In addition, if you use personal banking, you can click "Home → My Account", select the debit card to unlock, enter the "Debit Card Details" page, click "Password Unlock", enter the correct password and pass face recognition, then unlock the password.
