On the basis of the overall development goal, the Plan further clarifies the four specific goals of maintaining steady economic growth, substantially increasing industrial strength, comprehensively enhancing innovation capability and steadily advancing development and construction, and proposes that by the end of the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, the total revenue of Fengtai Park will reach 1 trillion yuan, attracting a number of leading international and domestic enterprises to settle in, achieving 5 new national high-tech enterprises and 3-5 new innovative parks with emerging industries. in terms of advantageous industrial clusters and innovative resources gathering, we will consolidate and expand two billion-level core strategic industries, namely rail transit and aerospace, and strive to promote the upgrading of four billion-level industrial clusters of new generation information technology, intelligent equipment, medical health and new materials, and accelerate the development of smart industries, emergency rescue, scientific and technological services and digital economy. The eastern district will build a modern business district, and the western district will build Beijing Yuanbo Digital Economy Industrial Park. We will carry out the pilot project of urban renewal in the first phase of East District, promote the completion of development and construction in the third phase of East District, and build a demonstration area for urban renewal and transformation. The first district of West District will fully promote the integration and evolution of parks+scenic spots+communities, and build an international open innovative community with friendly walking, ecological green, convenient facilities, energy gathering, international quality, diversity, tolerance and vitality. Start the construction planning of the smart park in the west area of the Science and Technology Park, build a supercomputing center, and realize the accurate coverage of the 5G private network infrastructure in the park.
