Article 28 When the ownership of a house is transferred, the owner shall explain the deposit and balance of residential special maintenance funds to the transferee and issue a valid certificate, and the remaining residential special maintenance funds in the sub-ledger of the house will be transferred with the ownership of the house.

the transferee shall go through the formalities of renaming the sub-ledger with the agreement on the transfer of special maintenance funds for the house, the certificate of ownership of the house and the ID card at the special account management bank.
