1. Full purchase invoice: that is, full purchase invoice. Obtain the purchase invoice from the developer. Note that it is not a receipt. Only the receipt is given when the down payment is made. After the loan is completed, the developer will issue a full invoice after receiving the full loan. However, there are some special circumstances. For example, the developer didn't give me an invoice after I finished the loan, but only gave me a receipt for the full amount. The invoice will not be given until the house is delivered.
2. Deed tax invoice: Deed tax shall be paid by the developer, and a receipt shall be given after payment, and a deed tax invoice shall be given after all formalities are completed before delivery.
3. Invoice of public maintenance fund: Before the owner delivers the house for occupancy, the developer will give a notice of payment of special maintenance fund, and the owner will pay the money at the designated bank with the notice, then hand it over to the bank, and finally ask the developer for an invoice.
